I needed a vehicle emission test done for my license renewal. I brought my car to Quality Auto and they had me in and out in just a few minutes. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. David the owner is very personable and knowledgeable. While I have a newer car, I would not hesitate to trust David Marks with my car for any needed repair. I highly recommend Quality Auto to anyone who needs car repair.

Quality and trustworthy service. I don’t know much about cars and always cringe bringing my car to the shop. David was honest with us that our car was fine and even looked it over for anything else and couldn’t find anything on a 10 year old car. It’s only a matter of time until we need Quality Auto’s help with our car and I’ll be happy to have them service it.

Let me just say... I drive from South City to his location (which isn’t close) because I trust him. He works with integrity (which is hard to find in a mechanic), he is very professional and his pricing is great. He has done several things for our vehicles. He has gotten us in fast and gotten it done and back on the road in no time. His pricing is always reasonable. I recommend him with the highest regard.

Horrible! Multiple damage was done to my car, he tried to cover it up by gluing the broken parts of my dashboard and didn't tell me that he broke anything, I had to ask what happened before he even acknowledged and explained that he broke my dashboard in multiple places. My glove compartment is also broken, and a part was left off of my car! And my heat still doesn't work correctly! Yet I paid $466 to get my heat fixed. They overcharge and once you're in the shop he claims other things are wrong and the price continues to rise. If you say no, then he still charges for diagnostics and the original repairs that he started. So you have to pay him and another shop to get your car fixed. I'm adding pictures of the damage that he did. He was a person who I thought was a friend until this happened. This shop has no integrity
