Service Advisor

Full Time (Monday – Thursday, 10-hour days)

Qualifications

• Automotive Service/Parts Experience (minimum of 5 years)
• Be able to work in fast paced environment
• Good typing skills
• Upbeat friendly personality
• Knowledge of Google (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
• Has valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• General math skills
• Self-motivated

Duties

• Answer phone and respond to text/emails asap
• Work with technicians to schedule appointments accordingly
• Use TekMetric (POS system), Shop Loaner (Loaner car management system), Kukui (Automotive Marketing company)
• Pull and send customer lists to 3^rd party for Thank You cards
• Send our New Customer Registration Form prior to their first appointment
• Vendor management
• Scanning of Repair Orders and part slips
