Service Advisor
Full Time (Monday – Thursday, 10-hour days)
Qualifications
- Automotive Service/Parts Experience (minimum of 5 years)
- Be able to work in fast paced environment
- Good typing skills
- Upbeat friendly personality
- Knowledge of Google (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
- Has valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- General math skills
- Self-motivated

Duties
- Answer phone and respond to text/emails asap
- Work with technicians to schedule appointments accordingly
- Use TekMetric (POS system), Shop Loaner (Loaner car management system), Kukui (Automotive Marketing company)
- Pull and send customer lists to 3rd party for Thank You cards
- Send our New Customer Registration Form prior to their first appointment
- Vendor management
- Scanning of Repair Orders and part slips
