First time going and recommended by a coworker. I had several things done and was surprised with the price. I thought it would be much more so I was pleasantly surprised. I liked the link they sent to show what was worked on and what was needed. I have already referred others to get service done.

My husband and I were having problems with front drivers brake locking up. We called different shops and they couldn't get us in. I had seen great things about Quality Auto on the nextdoor neighbor app. My husband called spoke with Nick and he could get us in asap as this is our only vehicle for my husband to get to and from work. We went to quality they started working on it right away additional repairs were needing. Nick is the kindest, and honest man he worked with us so much. Quality auto is the only place we will continue to go to, in fact we have a 7:30am appointment thursday for 2 new tires. Their prices are very, very reasonable. Nick went above and beyond to get the vehicle fixed and back to us as quickly as Possible. They had it ready a day earlier than expected.

I brought my car in right before they closed on on Thursday, I had a diagnosis and a quote by 11 am the following day. Nick and his crew were very knowledgeable and open and honest about my car and the issues it had! I had my car before 4 pm the day after I brought it in. The service was amazing and having the complimentary loner car!

David and all of his staff are AMAZING! I bought my car from him 3 years ago, it doesn’t give me many problems, when it does I take it back to him and he get me in & out. He’s very trust worthy. Best mechanic!
