Today was my first visit to Quality Auto Repair And Tire. My first interaction was with Matt who scheduled my appointment. He was very nice. I met with Dave (the Owner) and while I follow some of his podcasts, it was nice to know he is just as personable in person as he was in the videos. I also like when a mechanic speaks to me to help me understand why I would benefit from a particular product and it doesn't feel like an upsell. I have found a new home for Mr. Bentley🙂
